About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and assist guests, maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor in all interactions, swiftly addressing requests and resolving concerns efficiently.
• Supervise pool activities to ensure the safety of all swimmers by enforcing rules and promoting responsible swimming behaviors.
• Respond rapidly and appropriately to emergencies by following established action plans, administering rescues or first aid as necessary.
• Regularly inspect and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the pool area, overseeing routine cleaning and upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards to protect the wellbeing of guests and team members alike.
