Role Overview
Join the vibrant Splash Waterworld, one of the liveliest spots at the resort featuring exciting flumes, rapid slides, diverse swimming areas, and joyful guests. As a Lifeguard, your main responsibility will be to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all pool visitors. This dynamic role involves active supervision across various zones including slides and the wave pool, as well as organizing poolside activities to create memorable experiences and build strong guest connections.
Working Hours and Conditions
- Full-time employment
- 35 hours weekly, spread over 5 days within seven
- Schedule includes evenings and weekends
- Live-in accommodation options available for candidates moving to the area
Candidate Profile
- Energetic, alert, and responsible individuals who enjoy engaging with others
- Ability to remain calm during emergencies and communicate effectively
- Strong swimming ability and confidence in handling urgent situations
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Great attention to detail and situational awareness
If you lack the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) but showcase the right enthusiasm and swimming skills, training support will be provided before you start. Experience in leisure, hospitality, or waterparks is beneficial but not essential. Above all, a positive attitude and a passion for exceptional guest service are key.
