Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist guests, addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns promptly and courteously.
- Monitor swimmers vigilantly to prevent accidents, enforce pool rules, and encourage safe swimming behaviors.
- React swiftly and effectively to emergencies, executing rescue or first aid procedures as outlined in the emergency action plan.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the pool area through regular inspections and routine upkeep.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations for the welfare of both guests and colleagues.
