Become the vital guardian of guest safety at the pool and beach areas of a renowned luxury resort. Beyond supervising swimmers, your role involves creating welcoming and memorable experiences that embody exceptional hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and assist guests, addressing their inquiries and promptly resolving any concerns with a positive demeanor.
• Constantly observe aquatic and beach activities to prevent incidents, enforcing safety rules and encouraging responsible swimming behaviors.
• Quickly respond to emergency situations by applying designated procedures, administering rescue measures or first aid as required.
• Regularly inspect and maintain cleanliness and safety of the pool and beach environments to uphold pristine conditions.
• Ensure consistent adherence to health, safety, and sanitation policies to protect guests and team members alike.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Strong skills in interpersonal communication and guest interaction.
• Certification as a Pool and Beach Lifeguard essential.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification mandatory.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Meticulous attention to detail and professionalism in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
• Ability to maintain a courteous, dependable, and guest-focused work ethic continuously.
• Prior experience in a comparable hospitality or lifeguard role is preferred.
