Role Summary
The Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all organizational policies are rigorously enforced to provide exemplary service to residents. This role includes oversight of administrative duties such as staffing coordination, medical records management, and materials oversight, ensuring adherence to corporate employment, financial, and organizational protocols.
Qualifications Required
- Possession of a current Nursing Home Administrator license valid in Virginia.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, Social Work, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience serving as an Administrator within a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
- Comprehensive understanding of applicable regulations, standards, procedures, and practices relevant to retirement communities and long-term care facilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in staff management and workforce leadership.
