Job description

About Karoo Health

Karoo Health is a venture-funded startup focused on reshaping cardiovascular care. Its platform helps large provider organizations and health systems perform well in value-based care arrangements by improving patient outcomes, lowering overall care costs, and strengthening coordination, analytics, and disease management. The company is already operating in several value-based care contracts across more than ten states and is preparing for further expansion in 2026 and beyond. Although cardiology is the starting point, the broader goal is to create a scalable operating system for managing complex conditions across healthcare.

This position offers the chance to join an early founding team at a key moment and contribute to healthcare technology that can make a meaningful difference for patients living with cardiovascular disease, a leading cause of death in the United States.
