• Recruit, develop, and lead a core team of 2-3 employees along with freelance game hosts to facilitate matches.
• Secure prime football venues and time slots to host Stranger Soccer games.
• Implement innovative digital and direct sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain players.
• Manage scheduling and ensure high-quality game experiences to encourage repeat participation.
• Collaborate with and leverage support from the Singapore headquarters’ operations and technology teams.
