An established residential property agency in Dublin is looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join its expanding team. What the role involves

You will support the lettings process for residential properties throughout Dublin, guiding cases from the first enquiry through to the tenant move-in stage. This is suited to someone who already has residential lettings experience and wants to grow further in a fast-moving, professional property setting.

Requirements

• A PSRA Category C licence is mandatory.
• A qualification in a property-related subject is required.
• At least 2 years of residential lettings experience in Dublin is needed.
• A full driving licence and access to a car are essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are important for client-facing work.
• You should be well organised, self-driven, and comfortable in a busy team environment.

Package and benefits

• Base pay of €40,000 to €42,000, with commission bringing total on-target earnings to about €50,000 to €55,000.
