Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator in Kensington. The position centres on supporting rental transactions, coordinating viewings, advising clients on local rental conditions, and maintaining effective working relationships with landlords and tenants. The role also requires careful administration of rental activity and a consistently high standard of customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and support property viewings for prospective tenants.
- Handle negotiation of rental terms and agreements.
- Offer informed guidance on the local rental market.
- Build and manage positive relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Oversee day-to-day rental administration and related processes.
- Keep records accurate and up to date.
- Ensure a professional, service-focused experience at every stage of client interaction.
Requirements
- Practical knowledge of landlord and tenant matters, along with experience in property management.
- Prior exposure to an estate agency environment and familiarity with lettings procedures.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with confidence in negotiation.
- Excellent customer service ability and a clear focus on client satisfaction.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise well, and stay effective in a busy setting.
- A valid driving licence would be an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification is helpful but not essential.
