Key Responsibilities

• Drive growth and strategic advancement of Private Banking, including expanding investment services and shaping the overall bank strategy.
• Lead and manage the team both professionally and disciplinarily, ensuring exceptional expertise and performance.
• Deliver comprehensive, autonomous advisory services to upscale private clients in investment and financing matters.
• Proactively cultivate the regional market aligned with corporate strategy.
• Acquire new customers and foster the sustainable development of high-quality client relationships.
• Establish and maintain professional networks; execute marketing initiatives and events to effectively position the bank.
