Job Overview
We seek a dedicated and customer-oriented Leisure Sales Executive experienced in the travel sector. This role involves managing inquiries related to holiday packages and converting those leads into confirmed bookings, ensuring customers receive tailored holiday experiences.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage both inbound and outbound queries concerning domestic and international vacation packages.
- Drive sales by converting leads and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Assess customer travel preferences and suggest appropriate destinations and travel itineraries.
- Develop personalized holiday packages, prepare quotations, and present travel proposals.
- Collaborate with airlines, hotels, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), and other travel service providers.
- Follow up persistently with potential customers to enhance booking rates.
- Meet monthly sales goals while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction standards.
- Keep informed about travel trends, destination options, visa protocols, and seasonal promotions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases and generate sales performance reports.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess 2 to 5 years of professional experience in Leisure Travel Sales.
- Must have prior exposure to the Travel and Tourism industry.
- In-depth knowledge of both domestic and global holiday destinations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service abilities.
- Capable of managing multiple client accounts in a target-driven setting.
- Competent in using MS Office and travel booking software.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience handling FIT (Fully Independent Traveler) and customized holiday packages.
- Understanding of visa paperwork and international travel prerequisites.
- Strong knowledge of destinations and skill in itinerary creation.
- Ability to foster enduring customer relationships.
