We are seeking a Legal Verification Specialist with prior experience in Vacation Ownership, Timeshare, or Loyalty Programs. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of contract compliance and documentation, paired with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Advanced proficiency in English and strong analytical and organizational competencies are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly review and verify member contracts ensuring they adhere to company policies and relevant legal requirements.
- Assist members throughout the contract signing process, clearly explaining the benefits and value of their purchase.
- Respond to questions and resolve concerns to facilitate successful sales closures.
- Maintain precise records and keep documentation current and accurate.
