Key Responsibilities
- Deliver top-tier administrative and legal support to internal departments, ensuring seamless daily operations in a high-volume setting.

- Prioritize and organize multiple projects and deadlines while ensuring attention to detail and quality compliance.
- Handle sensitive and confidential data with professionalism and adherence to organizational protocols.

Requirements
- At least five years of experience in legal administrative roles such as Legal Administrative Assistant or Legal Executive Assistant with substantial hands-on legal support duties.
- Exceptional organizational skills capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines concurrently.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, ensuring professional interactions with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially expert-level Microsoft Excel skills.
- Acute attention to detail with demonstrated experience in document review and proofreading.
- Capability to work independently with sound judgment and proactive problem-solving.
- Experience in managing confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Excellent collaboration skills and adaptability within team settings.
- A proactive, dependable mindset coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
