Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Legal Recruitment Coordinator to manage the complete recruitment cycle for attorneys and support talent initiatives at our Denver office. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with experience in legal or professional services sectors who excels in a dynamic, detail-focused environment and is committed to providing a superior candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all facets of attorney recruitment, including handling applications, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and tracking job offers.
- Support law school recruiting activities such as On-Campus Interviews (OCI), job fairs, and campus events.
- Act as a primary contact for candidates, law schools, recruitment agencies, hiring managers, and recruitment committees.
- Organize recruitment events, networking receptions, and oversee the Denver Summer Associate Program.
- Facilitate onboarding for new attorneys and associates to ensure they integrate smoothly into the firm.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, metrics, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Human Resources teams to streamline recruitment operations and onboarding procedures.
- Assist with budgeting, special projects, and mentoring junior staff members as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in legal recruiting or campus recruitment coordination within a law firm or professional services context.
- Proven ability to independently manage recruitment workflows in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build solid relationships.
- Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Experience working with law school recruiting platforms like Symplicity and applicant tracking systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Preferred Systems Experience
Familiarity with viRecruit, LawCruit, FloRecruit, and Workday is advantageous.
Working Schedule and Environment
This hybrid position requires presence in the office four days a week and remote work one day weekly. Core hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with flexibility needed during intensive recruiting seasons from May to August.
Compensation
The anticipated salary range in Denver for this position is $61,000 to $67,000 annually.
