  • Organize consultations, appointments, and meetings by maintaining multiple calendars and tracking important court dates, deadlines, and client correspondence.
  • Provide reminders to attorneys and staff about upcoming events and preserve accurate contact and client databases.
  • Support document preparation, correspondence drafting, digitize and file legal papers, assist in legal filings including e-filings, and conduct document summaries and research as requested.
  • Maintain organized electronic client files, enter data into billing and case management systems, and assist with case information verification while maintaining confidentiality.

Candidate Requirements

  • High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly wage ranging from $20 to $40 depending on experience.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Life insurance and 401(k) retirement plan options.
  • Paid time off as well as sick leave.
  • Birthday off and quarterly half-day leave.
  • Stipends provided for remote work and health/wellness.
  • Flexible work schedules and travel reimbursement.
