Job Summary
The Legal Quality Analyst plays a vital role in overseeing the medical file review process. This role involves reviewing completed referrals to confirm that all client inquiries are adequately addressed and ensuring reports are accurate and meet client and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Audit reports accompanying medical records to verify completeness and that client questions are fully answered.
- Engage with reviewers for additional clarifications when necessary.
- Coordinate with clients on any outstanding inquiries.
- Regularly update clients on referral statuses.
- Ensure all reports are free from grammatical and spelling errors.
- Check that every referral aligns with the QA checklist before finalization.
- Format reports appropriately for approval.
- Maintain clear and concise communication among customers, reviewers, and the Operations team.
- Confidently discuss peer review content with physicians and clients.
- Perform additional duties or projects as needed.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in automotive-related legal areas, paralegal work, 18.001 counter affidavit, and Tier 1 carrier environments.
- Strong proficiency in proofreading and legal analysis.
- Willingness to undertake repetitive legal tasks requiring high-quality assurance.
- Excellent communication skills with strong critical thinking, time management, and deadline adherence.
- Computer literacy and typing proficiency.
Work Environment
The position primarily involves extended periods of sitting and computer use. Some physical activity such as lifting or bending may be required as per job duties. The role supports remote work requiring a reliable internet connection with employees responsible for their own internet service.
