Core responsibilities
- Work closely with the Head of Legal Tech, Operations and Transformation and the wider team to advance the legal technology, operations, and transformation roadmap.

Team context
The Legal Tech, Operations and Transformation team is a newly formed local/global group with members in Billund, Singapore, and Mexico. The team brings together a range of legal roles and focuses on driving efficiency, innovation, and digitalisation in legal processes and tools, while also delivering operational, tactical, and strategic support for legal work and collaborating continuously with stakeholders to improve time and cost efficiency.
Candidate profile
You should have some prior exposure to legal work, be able to operate independently, and stay highly organised. Strong research and communication skills are important, along with an energetic, proactive, and hands-on approach. A global outlook is preferred, and you should be comfortable working in a ‘Best of Both’ environment with at least 3 days per week in the office. The role also calls for the ability to work with colleagues at different levels across global locations, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to suggest improvements in project delivery. Interest in technology, data analytics, or legal technology will be an advantage.
Application notes
Applications are reviewed continuously, and the employer may change or withdraw the role at any time, including before the advertised closing date. Early applications are encouraged.
Benefits and workplace
Colleagues may receive enhanced paid family care leave, life and disability insurance, wellbeing resources and support, access to community and creativity-building opportunities, a colleague discount from day one, and a bonus scheme when eligible. The work arrangement is hybrid, with an average of 3 days per week in the office and a primary workplace location assigned at joining.
Equal opportunity and safeguarding
The company is committed to equal employment opportunity and equal pay, and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds, including different sexes, gender identities or expressions, races and ethnicities, national origins, sexual orientations, disabilities, ages, and religions. The organisation also has a strong commitment to children’s rights and child wellbeing worldwide. For roles involving significant interaction with children, a Child Safeguarding Background Screening is required as part of the offer condition.
About the workplace culture
The organisation aims to build a diverse, dynamic, and inclusive culture where people feel safe, valued, and that they belong. The company says its work is inspired by children’s curiosity, creativity, and imagination.
