Serving as the initial contact for those needing legal assistance, this role enables you to make a meaningful difference from the first interaction. Key Duties
- Respond to incoming client calls empathetically and professionally, establishing a positive initial rapport.

- Arrange consultation appointments while striving to meet weekly booking and conversion objectives.
- Accurately complete intake forms within legal CRM systems, ensuring records are current and properly organized.
- Engage with potential clients through follow-up communications, resolve pre-consultation inquiries, and confirm appointments.
- Safeguard confidential client data with discretion and uphold high professionalism.
- Participate in call evaluations and coaching to enhance communication, intake quality, and conversion outcomes.
- Collaborate internally to seamlessly transfer qualified leads to appropriate teams.
Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in legal intake, client relations, or administrative functions within law firms.
- Familiarity with legal CRM platforms like Lawmatics or similar intake management tools.
- Effective consultative communication skills capable of guiding discussions and establishing client trust.
- Fluent English speaker with warm, confident, and professional verbal interaction.
- Ability to manage emotionally charged conversations sensitively, patiently, and professionally.
- Detail-oriented with accuracy in documentation and client data management.
- Self-driven, dependable, and comfortable with remote, independent work settings.
- Performance-oriented mindset focused on meeting targets and achieving measurable results.
- Candidates must currently reside in Europe or Latin America.
