Overview
An established law firm is looking for a highly organized and proactive Legal Executive Assistant to partner with attorneys and keep daily practice operations running efficiently. This position plays an important role in maintaining smooth workflows and supporting a strong client experience.
What you will do
- Monitor email inboxes, prepare and revise documents, and keep filing systems well organized.
- Coordinate intricate calendars, meetings, and schedules across multiple time zones.
- Act as a primary contact for clients and provide professional, high-level support.
- Organize travel plans and manage related logistics.
- Assist with billing tasks, time entries, and expense tracking.
- Support reporting, team coordination, and fast-moving workloads.
