Position Overview

This contract opportunity seeks experienced BigLaw attorneys licensed to practice in the United States. The role requires delivering expert legal analysis and support across various US law topics in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough legal analyses on diverse areas of US law, offering detailed interpretations and actionable guidance.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to underpin project requirements with accurate, up-to-date information.
• Prepare, revise, and refine legal documents such as memoranda, legal opinions, contracts, and related materials.
• Critically evaluate legal drafts to ensure clarity, precision, and adherence to professional best practices.
• Collaborate remotely with a multidisciplinary team to enhance project outputs and navigate complex legal challenges.
• Support quality control by identifying and correcting errors, inconsistencies, or ambiguities within legal content.

Qualifications

• Active US law license with a strong academic background.
• Prior experience at leading law firms.
• Demonstrated expertise in legal research, analysis, and detailed drafting across multiple legal disciplines.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including proven experience in reviewing legal documents.

Compensation and Commitment

Contract position offering $140 to $280 per hour, with a flexible weekly commitment ranging from 10 to 40 hours.
