Role Summary
The organization is seeking a sharp, detail-focused Legal Consultant with 1 to 2 years of corporate legal experience in the real estate industry. The role calls for someone who is strong in drafting, analysis, documentation, compliance, and cross-functional coordination, especially for real estate-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage litigation and arbitration matters arising from real estate disputes, property issues, and compliance-related concerns.
- Coordinate with outside counsel and appear in legal proceedings on behalf of the company when needed.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate real estate contracts and documents such as sale deeds, lease agreements, memorandums of understanding, and joint venture agreements.
- Ensure legal paperwork is complete, enforceable, and structured to reduce risk for the business.
- Work with government offices, regulatory authorities, and external law firms to support smooth execution of property transactions and project work.
- Liaise with internal teams including sales, finance, and project departments to resolve legal queries and issues.
Candidate Profile
- Male applicants are preferred.
- Must hold an LLB degree or an equivalent qualification in law.
- Prior experience handling legal responsibilities in the real estate sector is required.
- Should have working knowledge of UP RERA, property law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong drafting ability and effective communication skills are important for this role.
