About the Role
Our client, a reputable and expanding law firm located near Edgware, is recognized for delivering professional legal services across various specialist practice areas. Due to ongoing growth, they seek a dedicated Legal Administrator to support a senior staff member within a busy and dynamic department. This full-time permanent position is office-based, requiring attendance five days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance to a senior team member.
- Support tasks related to bridging finance matters.
- Prepare and process DS1 forms accurately.
- Handle documentation associated with appointments of receivers.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date files and records.
- Draft correspondence and legal documents when necessary.
- Communicate professionally and efficiently with clients and external parties.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails effectively.
- Ensure all documents comply with internal filing and procedural standards.
- Carry out general administrative duties within the office environment.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced in administration, preferably within legal or professional services.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines effectively.
- Professional, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
- Proficient with IT, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team.
Prior knowledge or experience in legal administration, property finance, or bridging finance documentation is advantageous but not mandatory.
