Role Summary
The Legal Administrator will support the in-house Legal Department in Dubai through administrative and operational work such as contract handling, document control, execution follow-up, compliance monitoring, and record maintenance across multiple jurisdictions.

Core Responsibilities
- Keep electronic and paper-based legal records well structured, including contracts, corporate files, and other legal documents.
- Manage document organization and storage in cloud systems such as Zoho and other internal tools.
- Prepare execution packs and keep accurate registers and trackers for signed agreements.
- Coordinate contract signing activities according to internal approval steps and company policy.
- Track and monitor document execution through Docusign workflows.
- Update and maintain template agreements and standard commercial contracts using approved formats and precedents.
- Review agreements to pull out important terms such as liability, termination, governing law, jurisdiction, notice periods, and renewal or expiry dates.
- Support subsidiary-related administration and corporate documentation for multiple international jurisdictions.
- Maintain trackers for registrations, renewals, licences, and corporate actions.
- Provide routine administrative support to the Legal Department.
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, document drafting, and coordination with internal teams.
- Handle legal and corporate records with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
Required Background
- 1 to 2 years of experience in legal administration, contract administration, legal assistant work, document control, or administrative support; alternatively, a Bachelor’s Degree in Law or a related field plus clear administrative experience.
- Strong ability to organize documents and manage records effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a process-driven approach.
- Capability to work on your own and prioritize tasks with limited supervision.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and cloud-based document management tools.
- Experience with Docusign, Zoho, or similar contract/document management systems is an advantage.
- Exposure to commercial contracts or legal support work.
- Previous experience in aviation, travel, hospitality, multinational, or other international business settings is preferred.
- Basic understanding of commercial contract language and legal structures.
