About the Role
Our client, a prominent multinational manufacturing group with a robust international footprint, is looking to hire a detail-oriented Legal Administrator to support their in-house Legal team in the London office. This position offers a salary between £40,000 and £55,000, depending on experience, along with additional benefits. The role is based in Central London with hybrid work options.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the legal department daily.
- Organise, prepare, and maintain legal documents, contracts, and corporate records systematically.
- Oversee document control, manage filing systems, and maintain legal databases accurately.
- Coordinate contract execution including signatures and distribution of documents.
- Support legal compliance initiatives and ensure legal records are current and precise.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external legal counsels.
- Assist with reporting tasks, schedule management, and broader legal projects.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in roles such as Legal Administrator, Legal Assistant, or Paralegal.
- Excellent organisational skills coupled with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in managing legal documentation and record-keeping systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
- Skilled at juggling multiple priorities within a dynamic corporate setting.
- Strong communication capabilities and a proactive work ethic.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to manage confidential data responsibly.
Preferred Qualifications
- A degree and strong academic credentials.
- Previous work experience within an in-house legal team, multinational corporation, or professional services firm.
- Familiarity with legal compliance and corporate documentation processes.
