Leasing Executive - Tampines 1/Century Square, Singapore

About the Role

We are seeking a Leasing Executive to work under the guidance of the Senior Leasing Manager. This position focuses on supporting leasing activities by implementing effective marketing strategies, managing lease agreements and arrears, coordinating tenant fit-out processes, and maintaining strong tenant relations to increase occupancy rates and maximize rental revenues.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in achieving occupancy levels that exceed targets and maximize rental income by strategizing marketing efforts and managing lease administration and arrears.
• Ensure accurate lease documentation and obtain timely approvals on memos and other relevant documents.
• Collaborate closely with tenants during their fit-out phases to guarantee adherence to established fit-out guidelines.
• Help maintain positive tenant relationships through consistent communication and prompt responsiveness to tenant requests and needs.
• Assist with the punctual preparation and submission of budget reports, management reports, and any other ad hoc documentation as required.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by supervisors or senior management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Open to entry-level applicants possessing strong interpersonal and communication capabilities.
• Minimum educational attainment of a Diploma or Degree. Previous leasing experience of at least one year is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
• Demonstrated proactiveness with a strong commitment to completing assigned tasks.
