Key Responsibilities

• Manage leasing transactions involving both residential and commercial properties.
• Proactively generate leasing leads through phone calls, networking events, referrals, and business development efforts.
• Establish and nurture relationships with landlords, property owners, tenants, and corporate clients.
• Conduct property viewings and assess client needs to suggest suitable rental options.
• Stay well-informed about current property listings, rental pricing trends, and overall market conditions.
• Negotiate lease agreements between landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth transaction closures.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential clients to ensure a robust pipeline of leads.
• Coordinate communication between property owners and tenants throughout the leasing process.
• Meet or exceed monthly leasing targets and performance metrics.
• Deliver exceptional client service to uphold a professional reputation.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Prior experience in property leasing or real estate within the UAE is preferred.
• Strong skills in sales, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal interaction.
• Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi rental market is advantageous.
• Professional demeanor and confidence when interacting with clients and property owners.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
• Excellent follow-up habits and relationship management capabilities.
• Possession of a valid UAE residence visa is mandatory.
• Immediate availability to join is required.
• Holding a driving license and owning a car is preferred.
