About the Role
Accenture, a global leader in professional services specializing in digital, cloud, and security solutions, is seeking a Learning Operations Analyst to join their team in Bengaluru. This position is integral to the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs and large-scale learning initiatives, supporting talent development and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate large training programs, ensuring smooth scheduling and execution.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast training requirements and allocate resources accordingly.
- Liaise with trainers, instructors, and external vendors to guarantee availability and timely delivery of sessions.
- Organize training venues, facilities, and equipment as needed.
- Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS), including course setup, user enrollment, and monitoring completion rates.
- Produce and analyze reports regarding training activities, participation metrics, and feedback.
- Identify and resolve any LMS-related technical problems.
- Respond promptly to scheduling inquiries via email within agreed timeframes.
- Communicate training schedules and updates clearly to all stakeholders.
- Act as a primary contact for training-related questions from employees, managers, and external partners.
- Escalate issues effectively to management when necessary.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate degree in any discipline (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, B.Tech).
- Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in a service environment.
- At least 1.5 years of experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong command of scheduling methodologies.
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote), with capability to analyze complex data and present it clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including proper grammar, precise content, and efficient information delivery.
- Proficient in client interaction via email and phone, reflecting professional etiquette and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and great attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments with a customer-centric attitude.
- Team-oriented with a focus on quality and data accuracy.
- Capable of managing customer complaints professionally and escalating issues when needed.
