Learning Associate - Saudi Nat

Role Overview

The Learning Associate/Trainer will coordinate and run training programs for all process streams within the Fulfilment Center. This role focuses on improving how people learn and perform by reviewing training methods, refining processes, and helping strengthen productivity across the site. The position also supports the rollout of training plans and assists in meeting the workforce needs of the Fulfilment Center.

What You’ll Do

• Be available to work rotating or flexible shifts as needed.
• Oversee Instructors and Peer Trainers while they support new hires.
• Provide Instructor training, observations, and coaching aligned to MENA standards.
• Maintain accurate and current training records in the console.
• Ensure training content is preserved and delivered according to MENA requirements while creating a strong learning experience.
• Review and use data every day to enhance the new hire learning journey.
• Share feedback with Instructors and Peer Trainers on their delivery and the performance of new hire groups.
• Arrange Instructor assignments and track cross-training to meet peak skill demands.
• Partner with operations on skill matrices to identify gaps in critical-role training.
• Help operations deliver training for key roles.
• Improve processes by collecting feedback and interpreting data.
• Support recruitment efforts for Instructors and Peer Trainers.
• Join meetings when needed and provide the required inputs.
• Work closely with agency managers to improve new hire outcomes.
• Contribute feedback and improvements to MENA-level projects.

Requirements

• Strong written and spoken communication skills, including presenting information clearly.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently is preferred.
