We seek a Senior Business Consultant to bolster our EMEA Consulting Services team. This role supports clients in investment operations and front-office domains, particularly those using SimCorp Dimension®. Candidates with experience in ABOR, alternatives investment, and front office workflows are encouraged to apply. The position is based exclusively in Riyadh.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead significant portions of consulting and implementation projects involving SimCorp Dimension®, translating client needs into optimized investment management solutions.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, ensuring successful project delivery and acting as a primary client contact for all SimCorp Dimension® related inquiries.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues during project engagements.
• Develop detailed specifications for product enhancements and identify opportunities for additional tailored client services beyond immediate project scopes.
• Contribute to refining best practices across implementation projects and actively share knowledge internationally within the organization.

Candidate Profile and Skills

• Degree in economics, finance, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
• Proven business analyst or consulting experience within banks, asset management firms, insurers, or consulting companies, with exposure to ABOR, alternatives, front office or related investment management domains.
• Comprehensive understanding of investment workflows and financial instruments, particularly across accounting, alternatives investment, and front-office processes.
• Experience with SimCorp Dimension® software or financial software implementation is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive, independent approach to work.
• Excellent communication skills, commercial acumen, customer focus, and quality orientation.
• Team player with a passion for knowledge sharing.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel as required.
