About the Role
CXO Academy is hiring an accomplished Leadership Trainer & Executive Coach to guide and develop CEOs, CXOs, founders, business leaders, and senior executives. This is a freelance/contract assignment suited to seasoned leadership professionals who are motivated to help shape the next generation of strategic and visionary leaders.
Ideal Profile
- At least 15 years of hands-on experience in leadership, executive management, consulting, or coaching.
- A demonstrated history of advising and coaching CEOs, CXOs, board members, and business owners.
- Strong command over leadership development, organizational change, and business strategy.
- Experience in running executive workshops, leadership bootcamps, masterclasses, and coaching initiatives.
- Excellent abilities in communication, facilitation, mentoring, and stakeholder coordination.
