Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple teams simultaneously ensuring alignment with project and organizational goals.
- Foster a solution-oriented mindset within the teams and mentor members to meet expectations.
- Engage directly with customers to understand needs and deliver solutions.
- Manage governance meetings to oversee project progress and compliance.
- Champion innovation by actively promoting AI initiatives and solutions.
Technical Requirements
- Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform implementation such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Microsoft Azure.
- Strong expertise in Java programming and object-oriented design principles.
- Proficient in reactive programming and frameworks like Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Experience in event-driven architecture utilizing Kafka.
- Solid understanding of software design principles.
- Familiarity with web frameworks including Spring and Hibernate.
- Working knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with version control tools like Git.
