Lead / Senior Business Analyst - Insurance

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Lead or Senior Business Analyst eager to contribute to a dynamic, fast-growing organization undergoing a significant transformation in its operating model maturity. You will function independently and collaborate closely across traditional role boundaries to drive impactful outcomes, sponsored jointly by business and technology leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Senior Consultant or Lead BA by thoroughly examining requirements and persistently questioning to ensure clarity and alignment with business objectives.
• Develop comprehensive business requirements, engage with executive stakeholders, and perform requirements elicitation, validation, analysis, and documentation.
• Create future state business process maps and conduct gap analyses to identify improvements.
• Contribute to shaping the case for change, including developing business cases, feasibility studies, and evaluating options with timelines and budget estimations.
• Support and influence the enhancement of delivery capabilities and fundamental shifts in the organization's operating model.

Candidate Profile

• Available for an immediate start.
• Possess over 15 years of experience serving in Lead Business Analyst, Lead Technical Business Analyst, or Senior Consultant roles within financial services.
• Prior experience in the insurance sector is mandatory, with a preference for General Insurance expertise, especially knowledge of distribution channels and GI products.
• Proven track record in managing and delivering complex, high-profile projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, supported by strong recent references.
