About the Company

Hire Up Recruiting is a specialized staffing agency focused on early childhood education, partnering with childcare organizations across the United States to deliver talent solutions at varying organizational levels.

Position Overview

We seek a Lead Recruiter to oversee the recruitment and placement of leadership roles within childcare organizations, including site leadership positions such as Center Directors and Assistant Directors, as well as managers responsible for multiple sites. This is a fully remote, full-cycle recruitment role.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and secure candidates for leadership positions.
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with both clients and candidates.
Arrange and manage interview processes while maintaining clear communication with candidates.
Monitor and document recruitment activities within the applicant tracking system.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of one year experience in managing full-cycle recruiting processes.
Comfortable conducting searches for leadership roles.
Proactive in initiating outreach efforts and resilient in overcoming candidate rejections.
Highly organized and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Ease in engaging with senior stakeholders including school owners, vice presidents, and heads of talent acquisition.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Familiarity with Bullhorn applicant tracking system.
Background or experience in early childhood education or childcare sectors.

Compensation

Salary is based on candidate experience and qualifications.
