Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience as a product designer, supported by a strong portfolio of relevant work.
- Hands-on proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Principle, Framer, Cursor, and Lovable.
- Background in design sprints, early concept development, or innovation-lab style work.
- Strong strategic thinking, systems-level problem solving, and collaborative ability.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to clearly explain design ideas and rationale.
- Comfort working in ambiguous situations and contributing to complex challenges.
- Genuine interest in inclusive design and creating useful, delightful experiences at scale.
- Experience mentoring junior designers and guiding design workflows.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards, user research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
