Join Mosquito Authority of Metro East as a Lead Pest and Mosquito Control Technician, where you will take ownership of your service route and work independently to deliver superior pest control services. Key Responsibilities
- Manage your assigned service route efficiently with professionalism and confidence.
- Perform high-quality mosquito and pest treatments to protect clients' homes and outdoor spaces.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through reliable and clear communication.
- Train and mentor new hires, ensuring they adhere to company standards.
- Maintain detailed records of services performed, following established treatment protocols rigorously.
- Keep all equipment and company vehicle well-maintained and compliant with company standards.
- Identify and communicate opportunities to educate customers about additional pest control services.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address challenges promptly and effectively in the field.
Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Preferred: 1 to 3 years of experience in pest control, though training will be provided for dedicated candidates.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills coupled with a meticulous attention to detail.
- A team-oriented mindset and eagerness to grow within a fast-paced company.
- Flexibility to occasionally work on weekends as required.
- Enjoyment of outdoor work and being self-motivated to work independently.
