Position Overview and Responsibilities
The role involves leading Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects with an emphasis on manufacturing modules. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements to develop scalable Oracle Fusion SCM solutions, configuring and deploying Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and associated SCM modules, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams across all project phases. You will steer solution design workshops, Conducting Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and oversee production deployments. Providing leadership to the functional team, mentoring junior consultants, and ensuring smooth project execution are key duties. Additionally, troubleshooting production issues and recommending enhancements aligned with Oracle best practices are expected.
Essential Expertise
- Hands-on proficiency with Oracle Fusion Manufacturing modules.
- Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Inventory (INV), Order Management (OM), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing workflows.
- Successful track record of completing at least 23 full-cycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
- Confident interaction and communication with business users and senior leadership.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication capabilities.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Planning, Procurement, Cost Management, or Warehouse Management modules.
- Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud certifications are an advantage.
- Exposure to working with international clients and geographically distributed teams.
