- Comfort working with Google Sheets and understanding technical tracking setups such as postbacks, pixels, and sub IDs.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills in an international setting.
Benefits
- Remote work with global flexibility.
- Competitive pay, to be discussed during the hiring process.
- 28 days of paid annual leave.
- 7 extra wellness days each year for rest and personal time.
- Referral bonuses of up to $5,000 for successful hires.
- 50% support for professional development, including training, courses, and international conferences.
- Discounts for English language learning.
- Medical support or annual reimbursement of up to $1,000 for healthcare or insurance costs.
- Equipment support or remote workspace reimbursement of up to $1,000 every 3 years.
- Internal gamified rewards with items such as merchandise, experiences, and wellness perks.
- Inclusive, international, fully distributed company culture.
