Job description
Program Overview
Join our Lead in Fashion Trainee program beginning 01.10.2026, available across Germany. This six-month full-time onsite program offers a comprehensive introduction to store operations, encompassing sales floor management, commercial and operational areas, and initial leadership responsibilities during the management phase. Develop your unique leadership approach while inspiring people and taking on responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of all store facets, from sales to operations.
- Develop skills in prioritization, team motivation, and delivering strong business outcomes.
- Engage in workshops focusing on communication, feedback, conflict and stress management, along with systemic coaching and regular development conversations.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience is essential.
- Completed vocational training or degree in Fashion, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong passion for leadership centered on challenging, supporting, and nurturing team growth.
- Affection for numbers, trends, and commercial insights with a keen interest in using these to make store-related decisions.
- Fashion enthusiasm and openness to new perspectives with growing expertise in customer preferences and collections.
- Willingness to work at multiple locations in Germany with confident communication skills in both German and English to collaborate with international teams.
