Role Summary

This full-time, on-site Lawyer position is based in Doha, Qatar. The role centers on delivering end-to-end legal support, including advising the business on legal matters, preparing and evaluating agreements, handling disputes, and keeping the organization aligned with applicable local and international legal requirements.

Key Duties

The lawyer will support the business by representing it in legal matters, negotiating terms and agreements, and working closely with internal teams to reduce legal exposure. A major part of the role is ensuring that all legal documents remain accurate, current, and compliant.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of contract preparation, assessment, and negotiation
• Hands-on experience in litigation and resolving disputes
• Working familiarity with local and international legal frameworks, regulatory obligations, and compliance standards
• Strong ability to communicate clearly in both written and spoken form
• Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams and different stakeholders
• Law degree from a recognized institution, along with any relevant certifications
• Capability in legal research and staying current with legal and regulatory updates
• Experience managing more than one legal matter or project at the same time
• English fluency is mandatory; Arabic proficiency is a plus
