Role overview

As a Lavazza Team Member at Applegreen Castlebellingham Southbound, you will be an important part of the site’s day-to-day frontline operations. The role focuses on keeping service running smoothly, maintaining standards, and delivering a positive food and drink experience for customers.

Key duties

• Help keep daily business operations running effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable shop floor.
• Make sure food safety rules and procedures are always followed.
• Prepare food items as required.
• Follow Lavazza training materials and operational guidance.
• Monitor stock levels and support stock handling and control.
• Contribute to creating a high-quality food experience for customers.
• Work with management to meet weekly and quarterly performance targets.
• Use your own transport, as this is a motorway location.
