About the Role

Position Overview
You will work as a Generalist focused on English and Telugu. This is a remote contract role with compensation in the range of $15 to $20 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify information against reliable public sources and external tools to support fact-checking.
- Create high-quality human evaluation data by spotting strong points, improvement areas, and factual errors in responses.
- Review outputs for reasoning quality, clarity, tone, and completeness.
- Check that model responses follow expected conversational standards and system instructions.
- Work on your own schedule in an asynchronous setup while meeting deadlines and helping improve AI model performance.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree, be native Telugu speakers, and have substantial hands-on experience with large language models. Strong English writing ability, close attention to detail, and a background in work that requires structured analytical thinking are also essential.
Preferred Background
Extra value will be given to candidates who have experience with RLHF, model evaluation, or data annotation. Experience producing or editing polished written content, as well as making careful comparisons between multiple outputs and nuanced quality judgments, will also be helpful.
