Key responsibilities

• Arrange, coordinate, and oversee domestic and cross-border FTL/LTL transport assignments.
• Work closely with clients, carriers, and internal teams to keep transport operations running smoothly and deliveries on schedule.
• Control transport costs and negotiate pricing to secure efficient solutions.
• Track delivery progress and handle transport issues quickly and effectively.
• Review transport paperwork and keep records accurate and up to date.
• Support the promotion and sale of the company’s transport and logistics offerings.
• Build and maintain reliable relationships with carriers and customers.
• Follow transport regulations and ensure company procedures and standards are met.

Required background and skills

• Previous experience working as a Transport Disponent in FTL/LTL operations.
• Good understanding of European road transport rules and route planning.
• Well-developed organizational skills and a practical, solution-oriented approach.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Confidence using transport management systems and MS Office tools.
• Ability to support sales of transport and logistics services.
• Fluency in Albanian and English; German or Italian would be an advantage.
• Comfort working under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
