Key Responsibilities

• Respond to survey and setting-out inspection requests daily, verifying activities on site.
• Review contractor drawings and site operations to ensure compliance with survey requirements.
• Prepare daily written and photographic project reports related to survey activities.
• Evaluate shop drawings for setting-out precision and identify existing conditions potentially impacted by road construction.
• Support the Senior Land Surveyor in addressing stakeholder queries concerning project orientation.
• Monitor contractor adherence to agreed site safety policies and working methods, halting unsafe work practices as necessary.
• Report safety issues promptly to site management and safety personnel.
• Participate in technical, safety, quality, and progress meetings as required.
• Continuously assess contractor work schedules to foresee and escalate potential issues before they impact project progress.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying or an equivalent qualification.
• Preferably experienced in consultancy, project management consultancy (PMC), or as a supervision consultant.
• Background working on luxury residential, waterfront, hospitality, mixed-use, or large-scale development projects is highly valued.
