Role overview

Platform Property Care, part of Platform Housing Group, is looking for an experienced Labourer to support its multi-skilled trades team in delivering dependable repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment services across Worcester.

What the role involves

You will contribute to day-to-day property maintenance work and help ensure jobs are completed to a high standard, with a focus on getting things right the first time. The position is based in customers’ homes and forms part of a mobile team covering Worcester.

Relevant experience in social housing maintenance is expected, along with a solid grounding in labouring work within the construction or building sector. A working understanding of external trades such as roofing, slabbing, pointing, and fencing would be an advantage.

Requirements

This is a mobile position, so a full, current, valid driving licence is essential. A DBS check is also required because the work takes place in customers’ homes. Applicants must also live in the Worcester area, as the role is part of a local team covering that region.
