Job Overview

We are currently hiring a diligent and precise Production Operator to become part of our valve manufacturing workforce. This role entails assembling valves, conducting quality and performance assessments, and engaging in various production tasks such as drilling and tapping. The successful candidate will uphold high standards of safety and product quality throughout all activities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble valve components strictly following engineering drawings and operational guidelines.
• Conduct valve performance and pressure tests to verify functionality and quality compliance.
• Execute machining tasks including drilling, tapping, and threading as needed.
• Inspect both parts and completed valves to identify any defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Prepare finished products for shipment by properly packaging according to company norms.
• Operate necessary hand and power tools, testing instruments, and production machinery following safety protocols.
• Keep accurate production records and complete all required documentation.
• Follow all prescribed safety regulations, quality standards, and internal policies.
• Maintain a tidy and safe working environment by regular housekeeping.
• Assist with additional manufacturing and production-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education of high school diploma or an equivalent qualification preferred.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly of valves, machining, or industrial production is beneficial.
• Familiarity with drilling, tapping, assembly, and use of mechanical tools is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and a strong focus on maintaining quality.
• Able to work independently and collaborate well within a team setting.

Compensation

The salary range is between 12,000 and 25,000 INR per month, dependent on company standards and candidate experience.
