Labour Helper / Mazdoor - PCB Assembly and Soldering

Job Overview

We are seeking dependable factory labourers to assist in PCB assembly and hand soldering tasks within our electronics manufacturing unit. This role involves precise manual mounting of electronic parts onto printed circuit boards according to specified layouts, performing careful hand soldering, inspecting and correcting minor defects, and maintaining a clean, safe workplace following all safety standards including ESD protocols.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manually place electronic components onto PCBs by following detailed drawings.
• Perform meticulous hand soldering of components ensuring quality and correctness.
• Inspect finished PCBs for defects and carry out necessary corrections.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work station and comply with all safety and electrostatic discharge (ESD) procedures.
• Adhere to supervisor directions and complete assigned daily tasks efficiently.
