Position Summary

We are seeking a capable Laboratory Technician (m/f/d) to join our Analytical Laboratory and Quality Control team for polymer syringes at our production site in Müllheim-Hügelheim at the earliest possible date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform physical analyses such as FTIR spectroscopy and dimensional checks, along with biochemical analyses like endotoxin determination on pharmaceutical polymer primary packaging.
  • Carry out special investigations within laboratory and cleanroom environments.
  • Collect, analyze, and thoroughly document analytical data.
  • Support deviation handling processes and contribute actively to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to GMP guidelines while preparing all necessary documentation in compliance with quality standards.
  • Create and update protocols, procedures, and work instructions to ensure smooth and compliant operations.

Candidate Profile

  • Completed training as a chemical laboratory technician, chemical plant operator, CTA, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Practical experience in analytical laboratories or quality assurance.
  • Preferably familiar with GMP regulations.
  • Beneficial to have knowledge of common defect patterns in injection molding.
  • Proficient in MS Office, strong technical aptitude, excellent German language skills, and good command of English.
