Role Overview
We are seeking a capable Laboratory Technician (m/w/d) to join our Analytical Laboratory and support Quality Control for polymer syringe production at our Müllheim-Hügelheim site. This role centers on performing complex analyses and ensuring top product quality in compliance with strict regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out physical analyses such as FTIR spectroscopy and dimensional inspections, as well as bio-chemical tests including endotoxin determination, on pharmaceutical polymer primary packaging materials.
- Conduct special tests in both laboratory and cleanroom settings as needed.
- Gather, analyze, and document analytical data accurately for records and reporting.
- Assist in managing deviations and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.
- Apply Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, ensuring the creation and updating of required documentation.
- Draft, revise, and manage protocols, procedures, and work instructions to ensure efficient workflows.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training as a chemical laboratory technician, chemical technician, CTA, or comparable qualification.
- Practical experience in analytical laboratories or quality assurance environments.
- Practical knowledge of applicable GMP standards is advantageous.
- Familiarity with common issues in injection molding processes is a plus.
- Effective use of MS Office and a strong technical mindset.
- Excellent German language skills and good command of English.
