Job Overview
Join the BONVITA company restaurant located within the RIVA steelworks as a kitchen assistant. This full-time position involves supporting kitchen operations and participating in meal preparation and service shifts.
Work Schedule
This role requires a 40-hour workweek spread across 5 days, with 2 days off. Shifts are planned between 4:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, following a scheduled roster.
Key Duties
- Assist in kitchen activities including preparation and independent food provisioning.
- Support meal distribution to customers.
- Reheat and regenerate dishes as needed.
- Manage cash register operations.
- Help with dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in German is mandatory.
- Experience in gastronomy is advantageous but career changers are also welcomed.
- Ability to work independently and reliably.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor.
