About the role

For the bakery and confectionery unit in Bielefeld, we are looking for a pastry chef to join a modern production environment. The role is based in a craft-focused bakery family that operates under the Lechtermann and Pollmeier brands and values active contribution, creativity, and careful workmanship.

Working hours and location

The position is located in Bielefeld, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, in the bakery production area. Shift options include daytime work from 7:00 to 15:00 and/or night work from 0:00 to 08:00. A 5-day workweek may be possible.

What you will do

• Produce a wide variety of fine baked goods.
• Prepare and process glazes, fillings, and creams.
• Decorate cakes and pastries with care and attention to detail.
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and products and consistently follow hygiene standards.
• Handle entrusted raw materials, food items, and equipment responsibly and accurately.
